What You Will Need:
Hefty Recycling Clear Trash Bags
Stapler
Rubber Bands
Latex Balloons
Printed Jellybean Logo
How To:
1. Lay bag flat and cut two small circles at the bottom.
2. On the sides, cut two small holes for the arms.
3. Step in, inflate the balloons, and fill the bag with them.
4. Fasten the bag, to your comfort, in the back with a rubber band.

What You Will Need:
Long Sleeve Black Shirt
Black Tights
6 Packs Of Cotton Balls
Scissors
Fabric Glue
Black Shoes
Black And Pink Felt
White Beanie
White Dress
Cardboard
How To:
1. Lay the dress flat and place cardboard under the area that you want to start with.
2. Put lines of glue down and apply cotton balls.
3. Cover dress and repeat on the other side of the dress.
4. Cut two ears out of the black felt and a smaller pair out of the pink felt.
5. Glue pink felt ear onto black felt ear.
6. Glue ears to beanie.
7. Put lines of glue down on beanie and apply cotton balls on the front and back.

How To:
1. Cut out different shapes for toppings from felt.

How To:
1. Glue Rock And Roll girl image onto cardboard and hot glue to purple sweatshirt.
2. Make headgear out of aluminum foil and attach to fake teeth.
3. Put hair into pigtails and curl the ends.
4. Cut top off of ziplock, fill with water, add fake fish.
